The City of London is one of the oldest parts of the capitol, as it is located where London was first founded almost 2000 years ago. The City of London roughly constitutes the same area that was mostly unaltered until the beginning of the Industrial Revolution in the 18th Century. Join us on this video tour as we explore the Tower of London, Leadenhall Market, the City's financial district, St. Paul's Cathedral and more! The Tower of London To the east of the City you'll find the Tower of London b...

I've always been keen to explore new ways of photography, this time I would merge the world of photography with the art of video, to create a time lapse of London. The music was composed, performed and produced by Jonathan Overend for drumhellermusic, copyright control 2011. This is an edit of a track from his soundtrack album, The Man Who Knew Too Much. (Geek note: the live keyboard is a Pianotron, recorded at Pioneer Studios Colchester, one of only three such known machines in the UK) Download the music http://naturacinematica.bandcamp.com/ More info http://www.therandomsam.com Camera Used: Olympus EP-1 Software Used: Adobe Lightroom, Quicktime 7 Pro, FC Express, Magic Bullet.
You asked for it - and you wanted it in high definition! So here it is, another bus ride - this time the No.28 as it passes through the capital's financial heart - the City of London. This time I have included the original audio from the bus ride mixed with some ambient bass guitar music to give you a great journey through the historic City. If you fancy following the journey on a map: We start at Cannon Street at the junction with Bread Street, and head east towards Queen Victoria Street. The bus continues along Threadneedle Street to Bishopsgate (and the corner of Liverpool Street station) before finishing at the east end of the City at Shoreditch High Street. What is partic...
